Vogmask Southeast Asia now ships worldwide.
Express and Postal options to Australia, New Zealand, Bhutan, Brunei, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong & Macau SAR, India, Indonesia, Israel Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, South Africa, Vietnam and Singapore.
All other territories: Shipping options are available to all countries on checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions if you cannot find your territory, or need an express shipping option.
Most orders ship within 48hrs, monday to friday. However, due to the pandemic's impact on business operations, please allow up to 3 workdays for your order to leave our warehouse.
IMPORTANT NOTE 1: Transit times ~ Please always allow up to 3 workdays for your order to leave the warehouse. Please see individual countries for transit times. Kindly note that with the pandemic, transit times have stretched and unanticipated delays can be expected. These are beyond Vogmask's control. We will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays.
IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Taxes and Duties: All International orders are dispatched from our Singapore distribution headquarters - please note additional taxes and customs duties may apply in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes and duties that may be incurred. Vogmask will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to taxes and duties, or to customs holds and seizures.
IMPORTANT NOTE 3: Delivery Service Areas: Please note we are limited by our shipping contractors service areas, and reserve the right to withdraw service to you destination address. In addition, the volatile Coronavirus COVID-19 situation has forced us to suspend shipping to some territories altogether. A customer service rep will contact you if your address falls outside of our service agreements.

DHL will go through the standard custom lanes, VAT (7%) & 10% duty is a standard procedure and may apply to most orders.

In addition, there is a rare occurrence where parcels may be selected by customs for inspection. This may require you to registered yourself as an importer with Thai customs. This is a Thai customs standard procedure, and parcel selected is completely random and unrelated to the product imported. Vogmask is not liable for vat or duty charges or amendments. It must be noted we rarely have issues, but it is our duty to caution you.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TERMS
ORDERS BEYOND SINGAPORE
All orders are dispatched from our Singapore location - please note applicable taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered may apply. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties that may be incurred. Vogmask will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to taxes and duties.
Please allow Vogmask 2-3 work days to receive and process your order.
Orders are dispatched by 3rd party service providers and contractors. While we are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within an exact time frame; in most cases please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery within metropolitan regions for orders via Postal trackable mail, and 3-8 workdays for Fedex/DHL. There may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods like Christmas. Please note that you may have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, your postal service or a third party carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If your order is not collected at the Post Office or if subsequent attempts to deliver your order fail, it will be returned to Vogmask. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us or holds by Customs and Excise Authorities.
DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE
Please allow Vogmask 2-3 work days to receive and process your order.
Orders are dispatched by 3rd party service providers and contractors. While we are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within an exact time frame; in most cases please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery by Singpost, and 3 days for delivery by courier service. There may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods like Christmas.
Please note that you may have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, if you are not at home at time of delivery, please contact the 3rd party courier Ninjavan with the waybill number to arrange for redelivery. Redelivery will be attempted twice, after which it will be returned to Vogmask. Once it has been returned to Vogmask, redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

We regret that we are suspending returns and exchanges for this period due to tight supply. Kindly ensure you purchase the right size. Kindly take note that all paid orders will be treated as final. We reserve the right to refuse any request for change to your order.
We offer a 21 day return and exchange policy on manufacturing defects.
